Step 1 of 6: About Arc Health
We are building a metabolic health membership for Malaysia: lab testing, an AI companion, and clinical care. Before launch, we are inviting a small group, including you, to take the first blood and urine panel at our cost.

Step 2 of 6: How It Works
You allow Arc to use your results. Arc pays for the panel and your first year of membership.
How it works
We select 15 men and 15 women from the applications.
If you are selected, Arc asks for your NRIC or passport and you choose a location and time.
Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 15:00. Fast for 10 to 12 hours. Plain water is allowed. Preparation instructions follow selection.
Arc sends your report within 7 business days.
One free year starts at launch, on the same product as paying members.
The panel
A fasting blood and urine panel. The male and female packages differ slightly.
Your data
Arc keeps a de-identified copy to build the product. We do not sell identifiable health information.
Step 3 of 6: About you
We use this to choose a varied group of 30 people.
This selects the male or female panel.
Step 4 of 6: Background & work
We avoid booking a urine sample during menstruation.
Arc schedules you at one of five Premier Integrated Labs locations in Klang Valley, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 15:00.
Plain water is allowed. Stay on prescribed medication unless a clinician says otherwise.
If you are still unwell on the day, we reschedule.
Entrance and counter details come with the booking.
Step 5 of 6: Before you go

We review every application. If you are selected, you will hear from us directly.
Step 6 of 6: You're in
Your application is in. We review each one and reply either way.
If you are selected, we will ask for your NRIC or passport and your preferred location. You will hear from Arc only.
